Zihuoli spring was founded in 2007, specialized in manufacturing high-quality custom wire springs.
Our spring manufacturing capabilities include custom design, prototyping, and manufacturing of compression, extension, torsion springs and wire forms with wire diameter ranging from .004" to .709" (0.1mm to 18mm).
Equipment & Technology
Our company has 8,000m² of production workshops and more than 60 employees with nearly 100 sets of auto production machines. Each department has a number of professional chefs. With the most advanced equipment in the industry, improving our efficiency, quality and stability to produce high quality and inexpensive products.

Our factory also has our own test lab, including salt spray machines, extension and compression tester, Torsion Tester, Pulls& press tester, Sample Polishing, Sample mosaic, Surface roughness tester, Microscope, Hardness tester and Projector. We can test all kinds of metal surface treatment of anti-rust effect and standard of products, in order to ensure the quality of our products.
